Have you tried deleting your GW.dat file and letting it rebuild it from scratch? In my experience this fixes a wide variety of update issues.

about 3 hours ago i tried it and it wouldnt let me connect to download it, i tried it about 10 mins ago and now it's working.

Nah it don't. I emailed Anet about it and they told me to do alot of stuff (Run a DirectX Diagnostic and disable all of my utility bar items). Tbh, they don't know about the problem yet, just to tell you - Its not my computer ^^
